Inserting a picture is the SAME as inserting a button! I like to make a table (note the menu icons in Front Page that shows a blue top border and some white squares. I will use a table and oftentimes "hide" the lines by right clicking in the table and choosing "table properties" reducing the border size to "0" 

You are going to want to highlight the ENTIRE table and choose "CENTER" so anything you put into a cell will be centered in the cell.

If you put too many pictures on a page, it will take a LONG time to load on the viewer's browser - I often do this by mistake!
