This is the first screen you SHOULD get - note the PAGE view on the left is selected.
You are next going to choose to make a new PAGE!!! NOT WEB!!!
You MIGHT not have the Homepage and text in the right side index.htm page...it MIGHT be blank
Scroll below this image...
NOW, you want a different VIEW so go to "view" and choose..."views bar AND "Folders list"
This is the view you should get now...
